Ukrainian football player refused to wear “Glory to the Ukrainian Army” t-shirt before the match - Truth about situation in Ukraine

9th of December, 2014. Ukraine.

The Ukrainian football player Alexey Gai (Oleksiy Gai in Ukrainian) refused to wear “Glory to the Ukrainian Army” t-shirt before the match on the 7th of December. Other football players of “Chornomorets Odesa” FC supported the Ukrainian Army and wore the t-shirts.

During the TV show about football Alexey Gai said: “I didn’t understand the meaning of the action. The football is out of politics.”
